- ❖ For a full return and refund, item(s) must be in perfect condition and the decision for refund is left at the discretion of Robbins & Co. Home.
- ❖ Item(s) must be returned with the receipt and original tags within 7 days of purchase, anything after 7 days issues a store credit.
- ❖ Clothing merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and with all original tags.
- ❖ Shoes must be in the original box with no damage to either the shoes or the box.
- ❖ Damages on items must be reported within 3 business days of purchase.

- Online Orders:
- ❖ Item(s) must be in their original condition with the original tags still attached.
- ❖ Receipt must be included in the return package.
- ❖ Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- ❖ Please allow 1-3 business days after your return is delivered back to our store for
it to be processed and approved.
- ❖ All items must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery and a tracking number
must be shared with Robbins & Co. Home.
